Our housing agency believes a better quality of life is possible and that quality of life begins with the best possible customer service; customer service is our priority ONE.

While you visit our Website, our intentions are for you to discover one of the best-kept secrets in our city; a workforce of affordable housing professionals who have committed to doing a better job every day! We have unique customer-friendly programs for each address at each of our housing communities, and we continuously seek to improve the living experience at those locations. If you are a Landlord, a Vendor, a Resident, a Voucher Holder, or an Employee, our Website will provide you with a memorable experience. As a member of the Housing Committee for the Public Housing Authorities Directors Association (PHADA) and a graduate of PHADA’s Executive Director Education Program (EDEP), I am excited to be a part of a national association that understands the evolution of affordable housing. I am also humbled to be a member of the Housing Committee and the Legislative Committee on the Southeast Regional Council of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (SERC-NAHRO).
