About Us

Dothan Housing provides affordable multifamily housing, housing for the elderly and disabled in the city of Dothan and its surrounding counties Henry, Dale, Coffee, and Geneva. Dothan Housing provides and manages Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher Program formerly known as the Section 8 Program, and manages market-rate rental apartments.

Dothan Housing Mission Statement:

The Dothan Housing Community and Enrichment Center is dedicated to developing and strengthening affordable housing opportunities that embrace "Best Practices" to assist families with taking "Their First Steps" towards homeownership.
