Dothan Housing Holds Trunk-or-Treat for Residents

Children that live in the Henry Green Housing Complex got an early Halloween this year!

Dothan Housing held a trunk-or-treat for the residents that live in the apartment complex. Organizers set up tables full of door prizes, candy, and other treats. There was also a costume contest for staff members.

Chief Operating Officer Michael Threatt says DHA wanted to put on a fun event to show the families that they appreciate them.

"You know, with all the uncertainties in the world, we want to make sure that the kids did have candy. We have some hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, different things of that nature. So to make it a fun event but also safe, we're practicing social distancing," Threatt said.
